The purpose of the application is to take a hard drive full of music and movies and
install that content on a Windows Vista Ultimate Media Center Edition(MCE) computer so that the content is
copied locally and becomes visible inside the MCE interface.

A majority of the music and movies on the hard drives are encrypted with Microsoft DRM, which means that in addition to copying the files to the computer, licenses need to be acquired as well in order to play the media files. The program runs in the background whenever MCE is running so that it can detect when a hard drive with media files is plugged into the computer via USB.
