Customer Relationship Management Application

Application serves for access to customer/potential customer information. It is available in 2 versions:
• Manager Version - can work only with own (defined by Super User) customers/potential customers data. There are some features:
• Editing of connection settings and testing database/mail connection.
• Authorization.
• Display data, according to data filters.
• Display up to 10 result set.
• Customized grid - multiple columns sorting, rows highlighting, smart searching, columns resizing and moving, saving preferences of grid.
• Display data in page/table mode.
• Display contact history in the customized grid, data filter is also available.
• Display task history in the customized grid, data filter is also available.
• Making notes about phone contact.
• Sending an e-mail and bulk e-mail (chosen customers).
• Adding/Editing Task
• Task Notification on the date and time specified.
• Creation/editing e-mail templates.

• Super User Version - All ability for managers and plus:
• Manager management.
• Customer management.
• Generating PDF documents and sending to customers.
